Today Austin from Martins came to inspect my yard for suspected chinch bugs. He was on time and polite. Not only did he confirm that there were no chinch bugs, but he also identified the actual issue causing the problem (sprinkler) which had nothing to do with pest control. Martins followed up promptly, providing me with contact information for an outside specialist who can assist with my sprinklers. I appreciate honest companies. Highly recommend. Austin recently investigated our occasional loud thumping noises to see if he saw evidence of critters in the attic or possible points of entry. He saw nothing inside or out, but suggested putting cameras in the attic, just in case it wasn't expansion noises in the new flat roof. We declined, but really appreciate the 2 hours spent looking, which Martins didn't even charge for.

Last year I asked Dan Martin to come to my house to inspect our yard. It was in horrible shape due to our former pest control company. Dan said it would take time, but he could save our yard. They began treatment in August 2018. The schedule was for every other month. Our yard was so bad they came out every month for six months at no extra charge. A year later our yard is beautiful. The company always lets us know when they are coming and what they will do.
